Title: Please Help ... i have error message :runtime error 21 at 00407ffd

every time i restart my computer i get
small window that say :runtime error 21 at 00407ffd
and it repeat for all the time

what is cpjkdbi??

Operating system / antivirus & antispyware protection / service packs installed / when did it start happening / did it ever work right / installed any new software?

 :) I Solve the problem ... I just  use AVG antivirous ... to clean this problem
