I try to take screen shots of weird errors I encounter. Anyone else have any to share?
-
Try Safe Mode. Are you sure, you want to play with beta?
-
This is screen shot is old - from when Office 2007 was only in beta. I'm not looking for a fix, just wondered if anyone else had any weird screen shots to post.
-
I misunderstood...LOL
-
Ok I got one

Image removed due to hotlink violation. Read message that Smasher.org has provided directly above.

(Hotlink made the page incredibly wrong. Its like a built in punishment)
-
I got one similar to the OP the other day. I dont remember what it was for but at the title bar it showed part of an error and stopped but the window was blank
-
Didn't you just say in other thread, you don't backup?...hehehehe
-
I don't. lol. umm i dont get where your going with this lolo. im a bit slow sometimes (as you may have noticed)
-
Errors + no backup = you know where I'm going now?
-
er....um....sure?
-
Leave that PSP alone, and finish your backup....homework, too...LOL
-
I do my homework
-
well that makes one of us. i cleared up about 12gb now btw. will that be enough?
-
What is HD full size?
-
67gb
-
It's better, but you're still on the edge. Defrag, for instance, needs 15% of a free space. 10GB, in your case, so you don't have too much room left.
New HD would be nice...
-
Go for a terabyte drive (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152102)!
-
i have my other HDD downstairs with 6gb on it... lolo
-
Who wha!? :o My USB flash drive holds 4 GB.
-
Not laughing matter...6GB HDs very pretty common even only 10 years ago.
So, you see no more stuff to move out?
Try Disk Space Reporter: http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/System-Info/Disc-Space-Reporter.shtml
You may discover something.
-
my flash drive is only 2gb. and my other is only 512mb. lol my mom gets mad at me for all the things i download, and yea, that does include firewalls and all that. everytime she gets on shes like "You need to take off this AVG thing. I'd rather get a virus than deal with this" i just laugh. I say "okay mom, when we get a virus and the computer crashes, you're buying me a new one" but i will download this anyway
-
okay mom, when we get a virus and the computer crashes, you're buying me a new one
I'm with you on this one.
Can't you move some stuff to CDs, DVDs?
Try Disk Space Reporter.
-
well i suppose I could dig up some things to put on CD's i dunno ill look. and this disk space reporter, i clicked C: and 100 largest files and start. was there something else i do? and ummm, what exactly will this thing tell me?
-
It shows you 100 largest files. Take a closer look, and you may see some unneeded files (old installation files, temp files, etc).
DO NOT delete anything, you don't recognize.
-
okay cool. well its taking forever but anyway while i was sitting here i deleted a bunch of stuff and I now have over 25GB of free space
-
well its taking forever
...like you have something else to do...kids are crying?...LOL
-
The image in the 1st post makes this thread unreadable...
-

...like you have something else to do...kids are crying?...LOL
kids are crying? i dont get it
-
Do you have own kids crying, so you have no time to clean your computer?
-
ummmm sure? lolo you don't make sense to me many times. well it looks like a bunch of things i dont recognize, a bunch of things i deleted while this thing was going, and a bunch of things im keeping.
-
a bunch of things i deleted while this thing was going, and a bunch of things im keeping.
You don't make much sense here, either. I have no clue what you're talking about.
-
i deleted enough things that took up like 15gb of memory when this search was going. and I have a bunch of movies i am not going to delete
-
You can easily put movies on CDs/DVDs, and this thing only will save you heck of a space.
-
well i suppose... ugh but im too lazy to set up the burning process XD haw about you get those same movies and burn them for me and send me the discs in the mail. oh yeah, make sure they are all in mp4 format. i guess ill burn them.
-
OK. $20 a piece. How is that?
-
sounds reasonable. XD jk. im using winrar to compress them first, can I like turn up the compression rate or something because its not saving me very much space XD. i kinda dont want to use up all my CD's
-
I'm not familiar with winrar, but my 7-zip gives me several levels of compression options:

The image in the 1st post makes this thread unreadable...
Yeah, gamerx365, if you could just toss that image into Paint, shrink it to a smaller size, and re-post it, that would be helpful. As it is now, reading this discussion requires repeated horizontal scrolling.
-
first post isnt mine. actually i didn't even post an image here
-
Oops, sorry about that. Eg0Death, are you reading this?
-
well i got done burning 2/2 CD's, and 1/2 burned succesfully. I think my burner is screwed up XD. i hate this cheap computer.i have a whole 30GB of free space on my 67GB HDD now. my parents are still complaining right now that AVG updates everytime they log in XD. ugh technology ignorant ppl...
-
Ok I got one

Dirty hotlinkers!! (That includes me) ;D
-
Just to let you all know, if you want to see the real image instead of *** HOT LINK WARNING ***,
right click on the image and click on "Copy Image Location" and paste the image location into your
browsers address bar.
-
i dont understand this error at all lolo. if you try to link an image from computerhope to somewhere else you get this?
-
See picture attached.

Atom.Smasher.org doesn't allow you to hot link directly to a picture you created. You must save the picture to your hard
drive and then upload it.

Shepard was innocent...
-
Not sure if anyone said it yet:
"Error! No keyboard present. Press ENTER to continue"
Any program I make contains random numbers. There is a good reason for this. If a user were to ever email me, I could look for the error code, and find it again.
Eg:
23849320591 Fallback error
Returning you to the last point
(subprograms inside a program might end early due to a programmer error or user error, and could cause the sub program to "fall back" ... anyways, since users dont seem to be smart about providing what they did before the error occurred, they might jot down the number..)
