Title: Cannot delete file: cannot read from the source file or disk

How do I resolve this problem, please ? 

I can't do anything with an "empty" file on my desktop...delete, rename, relocate, etc.

When I try, all I get is this message: "Cannot delete file: cannot read from the source file or disk"

Help !!

Can you delete it in Safe Mode (http://www.computerhope.com/issues/chsafe.htm)?

Unlocker will delete it.When you install Unlocker read the
easy to use'ReadMe File.
