Title: Can I install OS in partition C and keep D intact?
Post by: Hazze on April 27, 2007, 03:48:51 PM
Hi!
I have a question.
I have a hard drive with 2 partitions, and now I wonder if I can install an OS in partition C and keep Partition D intact?

I wiped accidently a dll. file and can`t get back in.

I have some files I would like to keep in there which belongs to a good friend of mine, and if it is possible to do such a thing I am ready to take the chance.

Thanks for help

Yes. Just make sure that you format and install to the correct partition.
