:-/Ok i don't even know if this is the right place to put this post but any help would be greatly appreciated. I just wiped the entire hard drive of my laptop and now i'm trying to put windows back on. but evey time i put in the start up disk i get an error that says
"type the name of the command interpreter (e.g., C:WINDOWS\COMMAND.COM"
Then right underneath it is

I'm really not all that computer literate so i have no idea what to do. I could definetly use some help. thanks

What Windows operating system are you trying to install?
I suggest you change the boot order in the BIOS and set CD-ROM to first. Once you formatted your disk, you should boot using your Windows CD-ROM and the rest is easy going.

Never wipe before you gripe!
Need more info. Make and model of laptop, operating system, Processor, Hard drive size/speed, RAM, etc.
