Ok i am buying a new computer and it has windows vista installed. Will the fallowing games work on windows vista:
1.World of Warcraft
2.Roller Coster Tycoon 3
3.Flight Simulator X
Thank you for your responces.

go to there websites and faqs they will tell you
-
With VISTA, go on the assumption that nothing is compatable. If it works, it works. If it don't, your screwed.
-
You can get Halo 2 for Windows Vista. It's a vista only game. which doesn't make any sense and sucks because I can't play it :(
-
Just remember to run them as ''Administrator'' and enable compatibility to XP in games *.exe properties, with these settings many non-Vista games will run +/- properly.
-
if it works with xp shouldnt it work with vista?
-
Not necessarily.
Support is getting better, but there is a long list of games that aren't yet compatible.
Google is your friend here.
-
FS X will work, it even says on the box that it's compatible
-
Well im just going to do a small Hi-jack of this thread is there a legal download of Texas Hold'em the same version thats on Vista, for XP?

Can any one help me out with a gaming problem? Running Vista 64 and trying to play Sid Meier's Railroad. Game keeps crashing. Set everything to the lowest setting and turned off auto save. This bought me about 15-20 of play. Some one posted on Hooked on Railroads a way of fixing the problem but he had mentioned copy your XR_3DA.exe from your /stalker/bin file to your editbin "3gb_enabler2 unzipped'' directory. What is my stalker/bin file and where do i find it????????????? I'm not that great with computers and i'm lucky if I can open my email without getting a paper cut.LOL. Can any one help? Thanks

scooter b, it'd be better to start your own thread, then we can help you better.
Thanks.

It wont work, cuz vista is a 64bit operating system, and those games work on 32bit(x86) platforms

Where are you getting your information from?
And why did you need to resurrect this post from over a week ago?
