Title: ads on every new tab on google chrome

version of my chrome is 39.0.2171.95 m
and i have windows 8.1
my problem is every time i start a new tab or when i click on a link i have some similar ads from sourceApp and i deleted it in chrome://extension but i still have this problems.
every time it show an ad in top right like a page of a book and three ads on the bottom...how can i get rid of these ads??
it's killing me  :-\
