I am looking for a media catcher of some description.  Does anyone know of any that are ok to use and free?

Download helper ,Unplug,media pirate,dowload them all,flash got or magic`s video downloader on  Mozilla firefox they are all add ons you can get for your browser they are all good for that kind of stuff
