Need a little help here.
Just installed a new graphics card on my system (PNY Nvidia fx 5200 256 mb)and when i did i disabled my onboard graphics card. I installed the new driver and everything worked ok except some resolution problems. I then decided to upgrade my drivers so i downloaded the new driver, uninstalled my old nvida driver and restarted before i installed my new driver. Now when i start up, i get to the windows xp loading screen then everything goes black. The computers still going though cause i can still here it when i log in, its just the monitors black and it doesn't matter which monitor plug i use. Please help me figure this out.

Repeatedly press F8 before Windows loads and choose safe mode.
Install the latest drivers from there.
Or use VGA mode if that works.

I've tried that. When i do that, it starts up and all the driver/partition lines come up then it just freezes.

A Windows repair installation seems in order, then.
How to perform a Windows XP repair installation (http://www.michaelstevenstech.com/XPrepairinstall.htm)
Have you also tried last known good configuration?

I don't think you have much of a choice.

I had the same problem the other day. It ended up being drivers for the mother board.
