Uninstall Flash, using this: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html
Download and install fresh copy from here: http://www.404techsupport.com/2010/04/27/download-the-latest-adobe-flash-for-firefox-and-ie-without-any-extras/ (no crap included)

What IE version is it?
See, if you'll have same problem in Firefox.

No the problem was only on IE. Nvm, I fixed it by installing the new 9 Beta. Now its cooler and it can play videos again ^_^. Only problem is that with my new IE somehow the slideshow gadjet stopped working -.-

I am getting the same problem with firefox with two computors. It keeps saying I need to install the updated version of Adobe Flash. I have installed, reinstalled, and even uninstalled and installed and nothing seems to work?
You are saying that I should try IE?

Why wouldn't you try IE? It's not as though you have to install it.

I have a feeling that when IE9 goes gold, you'll have to uninstall IE9 beta in order to get the official RTM version. Am I right on that?

MS states it will install over the top...can't find the article at the moment but i think it was on bink.nu...
