Title: Printed color pics with way too much blue....

The cartridge was just replaced because it was low and picture quality was crap. With new cartridge, printing color pictures from the web shows way too much blue and very little black and just poor quality. This used to print much better pics than this. It's a HP psc 950. Whats the deal? The printer? Cartridge?

Try printer's head cleaning utility. It should be under printer's icon right click>Properties.
Allow printer to print a test page. You'll see there, if there are any irregularities.
