Title: Windows2000 Pro Crashes after Boot
Post by: dnager on January 24, 2008, 06:04:09 AM
I have an older Pentium Laptop with Win2K Pro on it with no install CD's.
I accidentally changed an HDC Driver and now the machine crashes after it fully boots up and reboots so fast I can not read the blue screen for a reason but assume it is the driver I changed because that is when the problem started.  I got Win2K from someone else and crated 4 boot disks and ran a repair but it did not solve the problem.

How do I fix this ?

Try clean reinstall: http://www.windowsreinstall.com/install/win2k/installw2k/page1.htm
