Hi,
I try to make it short here. We got a Server running Windows Server 2003 & HP StorageWork Ultrium 960. This StorageWork Ultrium is for Backup Purpose.
Somehow, we lost the serial key or license for this HP StorageWork Ultrium 960, so we can't use the HP software.
We did contacted HP to retrieved the lost licensed but they unable to do it. They suggest us to upgrade the server so we can use their latest software, which is beyond our budget.
Is there any 3rd party software that any of you know that might work with this HP StorageWork Ultrium 960?
I already contacted "Backup Assist", another 3rd party company but they claimed that it is not compatible.
I hope someone in this group can suggest something.
Hoping for 3rd party software now.
Thanks & sorry for my bad english,
kusz

how's it going ? have somebody helped you ?

I'm guessing from the lack of replies, there is no-one who can help, or the person that can hasn't logged in yet. ;)
does the Ultrium show up with a drive letter?
if so, what about a Batch file and using the XCOPY command.
can you help Melisa?
