Title: computer turns off before booting of windows

Hi, I turn my computer on and while windows is starting up the computer shuts down. the computer temp is at 27c. Im kinda thinking It is a virus. I do have spy bot search and destroy. ran this program in safe mode-no viruses. I also have adware ran that too detected 3 register key viruses which i deleted.  At one time we were able to get on in normal mode for a short time and  then it would shut down. Now we cant even start up in normal mode without it shutting off in less than 30 seconds. any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!!
