Title: Computer not starting...agp driver problem?
Post by: tbstarr on October 07, 2006, 07:48:53 PM
Ok if anyone has an idea i'd appreciate it.  My computer boots, gets to the "Windows did not start successfully, start with..." screen.  It will not start with safe mode, or last known good configuration, which is not a surprise, and when i start it in safe mode with command prompt all processes stop when it gets to the agp440.sys driver line.  I've had this problem before, and fixed it, but without really knowing or remembering how.  Anything I can do without having an XP disc to work with and before i just put it back to one of my ghosted copies?
