Title: Software for accessing internet via simcard

Hi frnds,
I have recently purchased a DELL studio laptop.In that,there is a facility for inserting a SIM card in it and access the internet.I dont know how to access it.My operator is Airtel and when I contacted them,they said that airtel is supporting that feature and it requires a software for accessing it.But they told me that they cannot disclose its name.So anybody help me finding its name and provide me with a download link..
