Title: PUSH BUTTONS

I HAVE BEEN HAVING ISSUES FOR ABOUT A MONTH, I THOUGHT IT WAS INTERNET THEN I REALIZED IT WAS ME.

I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO VIEW EMAIL FOR STARTERS, THEN I TRIED TO UPDATE FLASH PLAYER BUT THERE IS NO INSTALL NOW BUTTON, THEN I TRIED TO DOWNLOAD FIREFOX AGAIN....NO INSTALL BUTTON.  I CAN'T WATCH YOU TUBE OR ANYTHING OF THE SORT, DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS?

do you have any protection?anti virus?updated?
any error message?

 I DID HAVE AVAST BUT I DELETED IT B/C I NEEDED TO RENEW BUT I THOUGHT I HAD NORTON INSTALLED...TURNED OUT I DIDN'T.  NOW, I CAN'T GET AVAST TO RE-DOWNLOAD AND I AM HAVING ALL THE OTHER ISSUES

your computer might be infected by some kind of virus, beside full fresh installation windows, try to download avira anti virus from another computer,

run full scan in safe mode

1antivirus ONLY in a single computer.
Uninstall the rest
