Can anyone help me? I wanna know how to use animation on Adobe Photoshop...? Gosh I feel so stupid, I swear I've looked this up a hundred times...xP

I know I have to go to Image Ready and all, but what I've looked up has just shown a tutorial that takes an image and moves it across a background and clicks Tween. That's not what I want to do. I want to take a bunch of different frames/slides and animate them like any old anime stuff. But I can't do that with what they're showing me. ???

FTP or just use IE.
