Title: Cannot Access Regedit & Folder Option Missing

After my Avast detect and and remove some kind of worm i facing the these problem(as in title),how do i enable it?

They are probably after-effects of the virus.

thank's for that but i allready have an image so i just make the recovery besides it was nearly 20 pc infected.
I'm asking because if i wasn't mistake there is a way to repair that, something like installer.
