Pent 3,256mb,30gb, motherboard 815E Pro VER:1,DO I have a jumper wire problem that would cause the comp.to keep restarting over and over??

how do you know its the jumper??

Heat ; bad RAM and Power Supply issues are the most common causes of re-boots...
Check inside the case to see how dirty it is. Use a can of compressed air to clean all fans and heatsinks etc.
As always when working inside the case remove all power sources and take anti-static precautions.
To test the RAM DLoad and run MemTest...let it run a few hours...
To check the PSU swap in a known good one of the same or higher wattage rating.
