Title: Vista defragmentation and firewall

I am using Vista Home and wonder how can I do disk defragmentation. 
Everytime I turn on the pc i need to turn on firewall given i have already turned it on in my previous login.  How can it be fixed.  ???

As for your Firewall, what firewall are you using? (Windows Default or another program?)
