Title: Lotus Approach

I just started a new job and they use Lotus Approach. The problem is that only one user can be on the system at a time. If someone else tries to log in it will kick both users off. This is very frustrating because I am constantly being asked to take a break so someone else can log in to use it. How can I resolve this issue?
