Title: My computer is frozen

Okay so everytime I turn on my computer it freezes after the startup screen. . Right before this all happened I was trying to remove malware. Theres nothing I can do and I need help.

Were you able to boot to Safemode?

Yes. I got to the system restore. I picked the date to restore back to but nothing happens after i press next.

When you press F8 to enter safemode, instead of selecting "SafeMode" Try using "Last Known Good Configuration".
This is a system restore feature, and it will only select the last configuration where the system was running.

I tried that and everything loads but as soon as i click on something it freezes so yeahhh
