Title: Urgent help needed to fix my laptop.

Hi I am new to this forum and have been having serious issues with my laptop.  When I switch on and load windows normally or even in safe mode I get a black screen with a message, all I am able to see of this message as it closes down so fast is (IRAQ_ error).

I have tried to start up with the windows xp disk but to no avail as my disk drive won't work.  When I have managed to start windows normally it shuts down and restarts again automatically and repeatedly does this.  What do you advise?

Use a Windows XP installation CD to perform a repair installation.

Thinking the error is IRQ_Error and not IRAQ_Error.
