Title: task manager not opening

Ok. So I accidentally install some sort of trojan/virus/spyware/adware/etc. (not totally sure). I have run Adware and Norton Antivirus many times in both regular and Safe Mode and now neither find anything. The only problem is I can't open Task Manager. If I try to open it under the Run command (taskmgr) it says "Another program is currently using this file". If I press Ctrl-Alt-Delete nothing happens. Lastly when I reconnected to the internet (I have unplugged it so that no new problems were downloaded), a window popped up and said something like "finishing downloaded needed files...". The title of the window was "Freepod". I don't know what else I can do. Here is my HiJackthis log:
