Title: Document files changed color ?
Post by: LF07424 on November 16, 2006, 12:29:47 PM
Another question ... just being curious again

I opened one of ... "my document" ... folders today, and in there I have about 100 Excel files.

Today, out of that 100 ... about 10-20 of them are light blue in color ... rather than in black like they usually are.

Anyone ever experience this also ?

Does it mean anything ?

Thanks again

I always view them in "List"

But the file names show up in blue type no matter what view I change it to

It "Just" started showing that way today

And I just also went to another computer ... and it just started doing it there today.

The files still open, etc ... I was just curious why the names changed color

Here's a find from a Google search on files changed color in Explorer: files names change color in Win Explorer (http://www.velocityreviews.com/forums/t224684-files-names-change-color-in-win-explorer.html).  The full search results: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=files+changed+color+in+Explorer&btnG=Search
