I didn't have any virus protection for about 2 days. In those 2 day's I now have the internet working fine, but I cannot download ANYTHING. A video that would usually take 12 minutes says it will take 15 day's. I can't watch youtube, etc. Also there is what seems to me to be ALOT more processes running in task manager than usual. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I tried to reformat... I have windows XP disk, I wish I could just 'start over' myself but I'm not sure how to...?????? :-\

ok ..so if you are running XP sp3 OS
try to download Microsoft Security Essential it is free for all Microsoft OS Genuine products. It guarantees a great result..try to download it .. i think it will help your problem.
