Title: There was a problem resetting your pc

Can anyone help me fix that problem? I have been trying for a long time but nothing works at all I want to reset my PC and delete all files.

I assume Windows 10...?
if the ASO (Advanced Startup Option) menu isn't working, time to get the OS as an ISO using the Media Creation Tool.burn that to a bootable DVD or USB stick and reload from that.
