Title: Remove or Replace old Certificate at Encrypted files?

Hello.
I have reset windows 10 but now when I try to access to my files it says they are encrypted, and I can not remove the encryption because it's needs an old Certificate.

I tried to recover with Bitlocker with my email but it says you dont have any keys with Bitlocker which made me think that files are not encrypted with Bitlocker

Can you help me, please?  :'(

Encryption...nor Bit-Locker happens by accident...it's a 4 - 6 step process for a reason...

How exactly did you encrypt the drive ? ?

I can't remember, encrypted files in partition C were for about two years, but I did not reset and I could open files, until I reset windows 10 and just after reseting files are not opening. I tried to remove encrypted tick in Properties but it wont allow me because of Certificate..

I don't think you can feasibly recover the files. Resetting Windows creates a new user SID, and it is the user SID that is used as a key to decrypt the files.

Without the old User SID, recovering the file contents is intractable.
