Title: Limited Or no connectivity + cannot renew ip (HELP)

I have tired what I know how to do.
Reset the modem.
I am running Win XP-Service pack 3.
I should also note that I have two towers-One gets online fine.
The other one did up about a week up until yesterday.I have been getting this error ever since.
 ???

This is not very descriptive, can you elaborate? It would be helpful if we knew what you knew how to do and what you did. We can provide help better this way.

The only thing I did was reset the modem...

Have you tried ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew on cmd?

The output from "ipconfig /all" would be useful; could be a network connection misconfiguration.
