Because of the confusion and abuse of the karma feature it has been disabled. In the future if a better solution for karma is found it will be re-enabled. However, for now I think it's best and many other forum users agree that it be disabled.
-
Thank Goodness!
-
So when can we expect to hear who did what was done?

So when can we expect to hear who did what was done?
Most likely never, I don't believe with the current system that something like this is trackable.
-
YAY!!! Now i can go to sleep knowing I won't loose 5 karma for no reason :D
-
Does it not show in the admin security log then?
It did on my old forum.
Good that it's disabled anyway, it is open to abuse but it did seem to be working well for a while.
-
good bye my karma ;D.. its raining hardcore over here

Only because people kept smiting him for no reason.
-
Oh, Raptor, I'm only teasing. *muah*
Personally, I didn't really like the karma. I think people took it a bit too seriously. Or not serious enough. Either way, we're probably not ready for it yet.

whos that
She's a character from a promotional online A.I. (the movie) game (known as The Beast (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Beast_(game))) I played a few years back. She was a friend of the murder victim Evan Chan.
Check out this old article...

Calum,
Was Dark Blade (who has departed it appears) part of your clan?
-
Yes, it was Calum's top player!
;D
-
Haha.
No, I did ask him that, as I wasn't aware of him as part of my clan. I was wondering if he was part of another DB clan, which would have caused problems.
Apparently his name was from some cards or something.
Look in the explain your username thread, he explained it there.
-
If I remember correctly...I believe it was a Yugioh card.
-
That's the one.

Where's that Karma button when I need to smite a few people? ::)
-
You think I should be here either?
Is that a hypothetical question?

Is that a hypothetical question?
I think it's rhetorical.

I think, young jedi, that is a question only you can answer.
-
Which one, hypothetical, or rhetorical?
BTW, the proper term for young Jedi is padawan (unless you are a fully acomplished Jedi, but you are only young...).

Thanks for letting us know. I would've been wondering about that all day long if you hadn't told us.

Actually after the establishment of the New Jedi Order the term padawan essentially disappeared from the language and once again young jedi's in training were again known as apprentices...

Thanks, Nathan. It'd be nice if we could get a special CH Certified badge or something. Ha.
