Does anyone know about a kmode_exception_not_handled error.My computer boots then goes to this error  Any suggestions? Thanks

thank you for the link. it may be just the thing to do. one question i have is how do i install something when i can't get the computer to run. i've tried to get to safe mode but it just won't go. it goes to the error message as quick as you can snap your fingers. any suggestions? thanks
