Title: windows xp reinstall jm

Hi I  am going to format my drive and install xp, I currently have a version that is not genuine on the computer. The new xp disc  I have is a dell reinstallment version( I am told this is a full and deommissioned version with product keys) anyhow will I also need an original version of xp to make the change. Thank you

Yes
