Title: diagnostic code 69

Hi Im new to this site, recently took my laptop for a diagnostics check, it had crashed but was able to save some data by going to restore point, the attendant said that they needed to do diagnostic for 69.  what does that mean?

What do you mean you took it for a "diagnostics check"? To whom did you take it. And why didn't you ask the "attendant" what they were talking about?
