Title: VISTA - Opera browser
Post by: robin2006 on August 17, 2008, 09:57:24 AM
Hi

My pc has the Vista and I am using the Opera browser but each time I use it i have to "unprotect" the advisor . Apparently Vista only accepts IE and FF. Is there any way I can include the Opera browser under the acceptable browser in Vista...Thanks

 ;)

Hi

thank you for your reply. I can use Opera on my pc but each time I open the browser I will be brought on to the IE and then enter my password and then click on the site advisor "unprotect" and then I can use the Opera browser. Is there any way I can just get on the Opera without going through the process of entering my admin password and then unprotect ...."

thanks

Do you mean McAfee Site Advisor?
Is Opera your default browser?

Let's make it clear...

You double click on Opera icon, and:
- IE opens instead, or
- Opera opens, then IE
Please, be more specific.
