Not sure if this should be here or under software, but sometimes my itunes will display the Japanese characters, and sometimes it wont. I haven't found any consistancy other than there is a slightly higher chance if I am not connected to the internet ???. Any Idea why this happens or how to fix it? Thanks in advance
