The Problem is while im playing games, surfing the net or even leaving the computer to idle. At random times it just freezes no blue screen of death no nothing so very hard to pin point what could be the problem any suggestions?

Well you put on no information about the make, wattage and age of the power supply.
What happened prior to this? Any recent changes in hardware or software?
The most common causes are heat, bad power supply or defective RAM.
