Title: External hard drive for PC and XBOX

Hey,

Does anyone know if there's an external hard drive that works with a Windows PC and an XBOX? And I mean both as needed, not choosing only one or the other or having to re-format each time. I'd like to be able to store games and media on the same drive if that's possible, instead of buying 2 of them. Thanks for any information
