Title: Will Folding@Home work with Ubuntu 9.10?
Post by: Buzzintx on January 15, 2010, 08:54:33 AM
I'm new to this OS and learning as I go. Trying to get folding@home to work with Ubuntu 9.10, so I would like detailed instructions on how to do this. Any help or links would be greatly appreciated!  :)

Here you go, this article (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/FoldingAtHome) makes it as easy as it gets.

It's the same article I used to make it work on my craptop.

Hello,

Just an advise: Most modern processors support x86-64 CPU architecture which support SMP. They yield more points (~1920/unit).
