Title: Computer does't recognise my Ipod

It worked fine all the time, but I just plugged in my Ipod and the"do not disconnect " sign come on and stayed on, run diagnostic :

If it was running and now it stopped for no reason there are three principal areas you need to investigate.
Could be:
1. The device has become damaged. to verify, try it on another computer.
OR
2. Some kind of software update failed to install properly.
OR
3. A virus has attacked you system. Not likely, but need to check.

Question. Does you iPod have digital Rights Management?
