hi raptor, thx for the message. i tried avery standard which failed then i tried customising and measured each label and the spaces between but nothing worked i got print across two spaces. most important there was no way to select any one label other than to try and put the cursor into the one selected , that was difficult in itself but then trying to put the cursor into a position to start typing was another interesting challenge. i went to works web site but found no mention of works and labels and certainly no help. i spent some hours at this and wasted a lot of paper and never made any improvement. walter.

Please post in the original thread, this is confusing.
Can you make a few screenshots of the printer settings and label settings in Works and post them here?
