I would like to download a website onto a cd for customer viewing. How can I do this? Do I have to have a special software program?

yoyoma......... Ah .......why not simply provide the URL ......

Because the CDs are going to be given out at a trade show

Pull-up the site... File -> Save As... Then burn that to a CD... That what you want?

I want to be able to save the entire site on a cd so that the user can open the cd and see a static site that looks just like what is on line.

I think that would be it then... It would include the page, graphics, codes, etc. This will only copy one specific page though.... You want the page or the whole site? Also, once saved, this page will not be able to get updated... To copy the whole site, you will need to copy every page like this...

That does not work. Thanks anyway.

Is this your website?

Use a program called "webcopier", its pretty cheap but it does the trick. I've used it before, you basically visit the site you want in webcopier's browser and you click download and it copies the entire thing...
