Title: Airbrushing...etc

 I was wondering if anyone how to airbrush pictures via Adobe Photoshop.  Like, touch-ups, clearing up a photo, etc.  THANKS!

One of the most effective ways of touching up a picture is to use the 'clone'/ rubberstamp tool. This will let you paint sections of the picture over with other sections so you can accuratly reproduce colours and textures. quick example....
