Title: itunes music deleted

yes i know its itunes/Apple.....but heres the deal i accidentlyl erased all my ipod music from itunes, however i am using Windows XP??!! Wierd..yes ..i know.  but how do i get my music back???!!!! would a system restore solve this issue, ????!!!!

Firstly, itunes on Windows is pretty common, anyway

What did you delete?? Your playlist, if so, the tunes should still be in your library!

Have you made any backups?

Heres what happened. I found a ipod shuffle ( I also own a shuffle which is the one which now has the missing music) I took the "found" shuffle and put it on the charger that usually holds and chargers my existing shuffle.

but the moment i connected the "found shuffle " it  automatically opened itunes and "Synced" itself with my existing libary.  Bt Syncing itself to my  libary  it  wiped out my 300 songs+ and put into the libary the songs it had which on it was 10Ea??!! Wha happin, Lucy??!!
