Title: Mozilla mail
Post by: creager on March 28, 2007, 05:48:33 AM
I have done thing stupid with my e-mail list. The trash folder was full and I pushed delete instead of empty. Now I can't get trash back to send my deleted messages to.
Can any one help me?

Right click inside the folders window and create a new trash folder.

Actually, its a pane, not a window. The left pane(depending on prefs) where the folders are listed.

Hi, patio and thank you.

I certainly will look into ThunderBird, while I was having trouble trash I started to look into Foxfire and ran into problems. Got the trash fixed and deleted Foxfire. Maybe ThunderBird will work for me.

I've been with Mozilla from the start...even before Netscape bought that browser and Mozilla went open source...i'm suprised to hear you had troubles with FireFox.
Care to elaborate ? ?

patio,
At the time I was trying to install Foxfire I was frustrated about the trash floder on my email. I am sure there is no Foxfire installation, just me.
I was born in 1918 and that should explain a lot.
Have downloaded Thunderbird and working on it now. I think the mail part will work fine for me. Have not got into the filters yet, but I sure need something as I am getting a lot of spam stuff.
