Title: How to remove Generic Dropper(Trojan) and Generic.dx(trojan)?

anyone knows how to remove these 2 viruses? mi anti-virus McAfee was unable to remove the 2 viruses..but the McAfee web indicated that these two viruses were of low risk.. will it disrupt my computer's processes in anyway? :-\ nothing awkward has happened so far though
