Title: iPod sync problem
Post by: helping_hand on January 28, 2010, 06:06:46 PM: I have an iPod Nano (5th gen). Every time I plug it into any computer, I receive a tool tray pop-up that Windows cannot recognize the USB device. I've tried the troubleshooters on Apple.com and Windows, but nothing seems to work. All my drivers are updated and my iPod software is up to date. I don't know what else to try at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try plugging it into another computer and restore it.

If no computer can recognize it I'm not sure what you should do other than bring it to your nearest apple-authorized retailer for repair/replacement.
