I had to do a clean reinstall of Windows Ten Pro 64 on my HD.
But, it will not install I ge the message: "Windows Cannot Install required files. Make sure that all files required for installation are available and restart the Installation."
I am trying to Install Windows from a ISO file that i got from Microsoft burned onto a DVD. Could the HD be gone? Thanks :)

I'd burn a new clean copy or make a bootable thumb drive instead using the microsoft windows 10 builder that is at their site, and delete the ISO you have and get a new clean copy of it. Boot off that and if you have same issues, if you had a different hard drive or SSD available swap out the HDD and try to different drive. If a drive isnt completely healthy, files can be transferred to the drive and then when fetched during the build process if they are inaccessible due to a troubled drive you can run into issues like this, but I'd first try with a different media for installation to see if you get the same results before declaring the drive defective.
