I've made 3 posts in your 'other' thread & none of them appeared?
I suspect Computerhope has a glitch in it?
Anyway, check your Task Manager for CPU Usage & Memory Usage.
How about a Hijackthis log?

I made some post for him too.

Use PERFMON under windows XP/2000/NT and setup some counters for CPU, NIC, HD & MEM. This will reveal what device is most intensively used.

Use procexp.exe from http://www.sysinternals.com
to reveal all those process & missing dll's.

Discharge residue power from the motherboard.
Un-plug power cord, power pc on, re-plug power cord, then power on again.
