IT ABOUT TROUBLE SHOOTING IM KINDA NEW AT THIS AND I HAVE A LITTLE KNWOLEDGE ABOUT THIS AND THERE IS NO ONE TO TEACH ME HERE AT WORK... THX FOR THOSE WHO WILL HELP ME..... :D

Like I said in my PM, this is a VERY broad question.  There isn't just one simple answer for something like this.  If you want to know how to troubleshoot, you need to get as much information as possible and use it to the best of your knowledge.  Where do you work?  Don't they have a training program?  Not to sound rude or anything, but I'd like to know how you got hired for such a job if you don't know how to do it.

This makes me ask. What are you trouble shooting?

I can help you with ,woodpeckers,landscaping,raising
children,shooting a deer,trapping racoons and opossums,
camping,most auto repairs,etc.....
